Join us for a 'Spooky' good time at the NOTO Arts Center. The Arts Center will be featuring 'A Celebration of Souls' a Chicago Field Museum Traveling Exhibit where you will get to encounter the colorful traditions of the luminous holiday, Day of the Dead. Musical entertainment will be provided by the Topeka Cello Collaborative.
