It is Covered in Coats Time!  When you volunteer to help children find a new coat, you build self esteem in our youngest citizens.  We need at least 15 volunteers for this project.  It is easy and fun - simply help a child find a coat that fits.  This project is funded by our Topeka Rotary Foundation and by a District Grant provided to our club based on your personal contributions to Rotary International.
