SEPTEMBER 21, 2017
TWO SESSIONS:  9:00-11:30 am and 12:00-2:05 pm
GARFIELD PARK, 1600 NE Quincy Street

This is a community event for all 4th grade students in Shawnee County.  They are invited to spend a day learning about the importance of water to life and move through various stations learning about the properties of water, the value of good clean potable water and the water cycle.  We need at least 8 Rotarians for each session to help work our two -stations, but extra volunteers are welcome.  About 20 students at a time visit our stations, “The Incredible Journey,” and create a strand of beads while playing a game about the water cycle.  If you have questions, please contact Nick Salazar, nicki.salazar@envistacu.com or cell 785-230-6209.  CLICK HERE TO VOLUNTEER.
